We take pride in being able to offer high quality herbs at affordable prices and we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we are here to help!

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Mrs. Rice is happy to offer exchanges or refunds on any faulty merchandise provided with proof of purchase within 3 days upon receipt of goods in the unlikely situation that they might be damaged during transit.

Upon delivery of goods, the customer must inspect your order upon reception and if the good(s) is defective, damaged, or if there is any discrepancy between the good(s) ordered, the customer must notify our customer service via email to info@mrsrice.com.au.

Change of mind:
Unfortunately, Mrs. Rice cannot accept any returns for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

How to initiate a Return or Exchange:
To start the return process, please email us at info@mrsrice.com.au with your full name, order number, and photo of the damaged item. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement is granted and in some cases the postage costs of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility. If your return is accepted, we'll provide further instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refund process:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
